Veteran Guardians employs the highest caliber operators the security space has to offer and focuses almost exclusively on the veteran community to find them. All employees go through an in-house training academy customized to each state market, touching on rules & regulations, Veteran Guardians policies & procedures, arrest control tactics, situational awareness, and many other security focused protocols.

Really setting our Operators apart though is our continued training offered on a weekly basis to all employees, promoting self improvement and creating the best in the guarding business. Our weekly training focuses on de-escalation and physical tactics escalating through various steps and procedures proven to work in countless situations.
